- ✓ Wrong item received - Full refund if you receive something different
- ✓ Counterfeit items - Protected against fake or inauthentic products
How to open a dispute
- Go to your order in "My Orders"
- Click "Open Dispute" within 30 days of delivery confirmation
- Provide details and evidence (photos, messages)
- Our team will review and resolve within 5 business days
What is NOT covered?
- ✗ Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- ✗ Items sold "as is" with clear disclosure
- ✗ Issues caused by buyer after delivery
- ✗ Digital items already accessed or downloaded
