What does Buyer Protection cover?

  • ✓ Item not as described - Receive a refund if the item significantly differs from the listing
  • ✓ Damaged item - Get your money back for items damaged during shipping
  • ✓ Wrong item received - Full refund if you receive something different
  • ✓ Counterfeit items - Protected against fake or inauthentic products

How to open a dispute

  1. Go to your order in "My Orders"
  2. Click "Open Dispute" within 30 days of delivery confirmation
  3. Provide details and evidence (photos, messages)
  4. Our team will review and resolve within 5 business days

What is NOT covered?

  • ✗ Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • ✗ Items sold "as is" with clear disclosure
  • ✗ Issues caused by buyer after delivery
  • ✗ Digital items already accessed or downloaded
