2. User Accounts

3. Selling on MarketHub
Sellers must accurately describe their items. Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, weapons, and illegal substances.
4. Buying on MarketHub
Buyers must pay for items promptly. Our buyer protection program covers eligible purchases.
5. Fees
MarketHub charges a 10% buyer protection fee on each transaction. There are no listing fees.
6. Disputes
If a dispute arises, we will work with both parties to reach a fair resolution.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
