• Failure to comply may result in account suspension and legal action

Buyers on OneBuy agree to:

• Pay for items promptly using our secure payment system
• Provide accurate shipping information
• Inspect items within 30 days of delivery confirmation
• File disputes within the appropriate timeframes
• Our Buyer Protection program covers eligible purchases
